With an annual or bi-annual air conditioning inspection & service you will receive at a minimum the following:
- 15 % discount on all repairs
- 10% discount on new equipment purchases Condenser and Evaporative coil inspection (cleaning if needed)
- Duct inspection Inspect and clean drain lines
- Inspect and calibrate thermostat
- Inspect amperage and voltage for motors
- Check and adjust airflow
- Check refrigerant charge *refrigerant charge additional fee
- Wiring inspection and electrical connection adjustments
- Clean/Replace air filters (filters must be provided by homeowner)
- Inspect relays and contactors
- Oil condenser and evaporative motors
- Inspect all electrical connections including electrical disconnect
- Wash outdoor coil/check indoor coil (indoor coil cleaning additional cost)
- Check heat exchanger
- Check limit switches
- Check line, burners, and flue pipe on furnace
